Does Sun Palm Savannah have a pool?
- Sun Palm Savannah has a private pool and spa for guest use. Our pool and spa are not overlooked and has a West facing orientation with a spectacular conservation or "savannah" view! Guests also have full access to the community resort pool and spa area located at the resort clubhouse.
Is heating the private pool an additional cost?
- Heating the private pool is additional add on cost; however, spa heat is complimentary for our guests. Heating the private pool cost $28 USD during Fall/Winter (Nov 1st - March 31st) and $25 USD during Spring/Summer (Apr 1st - Oct 31st). This additional cost is charged per night for your entire length of stay. We do recommend guests add on pool heat between the months of November and April. Depending on a guest's comfort level, heating the private pool during the summer months may not be necessary, as the pool temperature is typically around 80 degrees.
How do I add on heating the private pool for my booking?
- Guests will be provided the opportunity to add on pool heat during the booking and payment process. Don't worry if you missed this opportunity or you decide later you would like to add pool heat to your booking. Guests may contact us any time prior to, or during their stay, to add on pool heat for their stay.
Does Sun Palm Savannah have a games room?
- Yes! Sun Palm Savannah has a games room located in the villa garage. There is a pool table, foosball table, and dart board available for guest enjoyment. Guests also have full access to the games room at the resort clubhouse.
Is there parking available at Sun Palm Savannah?
- Yes! Parking at Sun Palm Savannah is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles may be parked side by side in the driveway of the villa. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the guest parking lot located at the resort clubhouse only.
*Parking within the Windsor Palms Resort is strictly enforced. Guests should review the resort parking rules prior to booking.
How far is the walk from Sun Palm Savannah to the resort clubhouse?
- Sun Palm Savannah is a short 5 to 7-minute walk to the resort clubhouse and parking area. Explore the resort area map here.
Do you offer a late check-out if our flights don't leave until the evening on check-out day?
- Yes! We do offer our guests the ability to add a confirmed late check-out if they know their travel plans involve a late departure on check-out day. A confirmed late check-out can be added for a $100 USD fee, and we will block out your day of departure so a new guest cannot check-in on your check-out date. A confirmed late check-out can only be added if there are no guests currently checking-in on your check-out day. Guests wishing to add on a confirmed late check-out should contact us prior to booking to guarantee a late check-out is available. If a guest chooses not to add on a "confirmed" late check-out, guests may contact us 1 day prior to departure to inquire if a late check-out is possible free of charge. We cannot guarantee a late check-out will be available or granted in this circumstance.
Does Sun Palm Savannah have items available for small children?
- Yes! Our villa has a Pack-n-Play style crib, highchair, stroller, and child plates and utensils, available for our guests with small children.
What child safety features does Sun Palm Savannah offer?
- Sun Palm Savannah is fully equipped with a child safety pool fence as well as all doors leading to the lanai and pool area are equipped with door alarms to alert parents if someone exits the villa to the pool area.
What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
- Guests should review our Cancellation Policy for information should a cancellation become necessary after booking.
